             You can approach Lakshadweep Office, Indira Gandhi  Road, Willington Island , Kochi-3 , apply in prescribed format available at the Ticket Counter and submit. The ships namely M.V.Bharat Seema, M.V. Tipu Sultan, M.V.Amindivi and M.V. Minicoy are operating from Kochi to Lakshadweep islands as per the published voyage schedules

       Yes, a dornier flight of Indian Airlines is operating from Kochi and Goa to Agatti island. A dauphin helicopter is used for connecting airlines passengers between Agatti and the capital  island Kavaratti.

How can I obtain/reserve helicopter ticket ?

                Register the name in the office of Port Officer Kavaratti or in Port Assistant's office in other islands. Ascertain the position by 5 pm on the day prior to the date of flight. Reach  helipad one hour prior to departure time.

How can I transport cargo in Govt. ships?

             Ascertain the availability of space for loading from Port Office Kavaratti or Deputy Director (Supply & Transport) , Lakshadweep Office, G Road Willington Island Kochi-3  or Port  Assistants in other islands . Take shipping bill in advance in case of cargo loading from mainland ports. Remit the freights in advance on conformation of availability of space. Transport the cargo up to the ship and handover the same to Tally Clerk on board and obtain acknowledgment. Receive cargo in the islands/mainland on arrival of the ship.
